Reflexa — Kullanım Koşulları

Reflexa uygulamasını ("uygulama") kullanarak bu koşulları kabul edersin. Lütfen dikkatle oku.

1. Hizmet

Reflexa; sıralı noktaları ezberleyip geri dokunmaya dayalı bir eğlence ve beyin antrenmanı oyunudur. Üç mod sunar: Sonsuz, Günün Meydanı ve Yankı. Oyun hesap gerektirmez, misafir olarak oynanır.

2. Tıbbi / Bilimsel İddia Değildir

Reflexa eğlence amaçlı bir oyundur. "Beyin antrenmanı", "hafıza", "refleks" gibi ifadeler oyunun temasını anlatır; uygulama tıbbi tedavi, tanı veya bilişsel iyileşme garantisi sunmaz.

3. Satın Alımlar (Reklamsız)

Oyunun tüm modları ve özellikleri ücretsizdir. İsteğe bağlı Reklamsız öğesi, reklamları kaldıran tek seferlik (kalıcı) bir satın alımdır — abonelik değildir, otomatik yenilenmez.

• Ücret, satın alma onayında Apple Kimliğine yansır.
• Tek seferlik satın alımdır; tekrarlayan ücret yoktur.
• Yeni bir cihazda veya yeniden kurulumda, Reklamsız ekranındaki Geri Yükle ile satın alımını geri yükleyebilirsin (aynı Apple Kimliği).
• Tüm satın alımlar App Store üzerinden yapılır ve Apple'ın koşullarına tabidir; iadeler Apple politikalarına göre işler.

4. Reklamlar

Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları yalnızca oyun sonunda gösterilir ve kişiselleştirilmemiştir. Reklamsız satın alımı bunları kaldırır.

5. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım

Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı veya hizmeti kötüye kullanacak şekilde kullanamazsın.

6. Fikrî Mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki tasarım, marka, ses ve içerik Reflexa'ya aittir; izinsiz çoğaltılamaz.

7. Sorumluluğun Sınırı

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kullanımından doğan sonuçlardan veya hizmetin kesintisiz/hatasız olacağına dair garantiden sorumlu değiliz.

8. Değişiklikler

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm bu sayfada yayımlanır.

By using Reflexa ("the app") you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Reflexa is an entertainment and brain-training game based on memorizing and tapping back a sequence of dots. It offers three modes: Endless, Daily Arena and Echo. No account is required; it is played as a guest.

2. Not a Medical / Scientific Claim

Reflexa is a game for entertainment. Terms like "brain training", "memory" and "reflex" describe its theme; the app does not provide medical treatment, diagnosis or any guarantee of cognitive improvement.

3. Purchases (Remove Ads)

All modes and features are free. The optional Remove Ads item is a one-time (permanent) purchase that removes ads — it is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• It is a one-time purchase; there are no recurring charges.
• On a new device or reinstall, use Restore on the Remove Ads screen to restore your purchase (same Apple ID).
• All purchases go through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms; refunds follow Apple's policies.

4. Ads

In the free version, Google AdMob ads are shown only at the end of a game and are non-personalized. The Remove Ads purchase removes them.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use the app unlawfully or to abuse the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The app's design, brand, sound and content belong to Reflexa and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is". We are not liable for consequences of use or for guaranteeing uninterrupted/error-free service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page.
